Ingredients (1 Serving)
- 2 slices of Oroweat Potato® ® Bread
- ¼ cup steamed broccoli
- 4 slices Cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
1. Butter 1 side of each bread slice. Place 1 slice, butter side down, in a medium skillet over medium heat. Top with 2 cheese slices, followed by cooked broccoli, 2 more cheese slices and second bread slice, butter side up.
2. Cook, flipping intermittently, until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown on both sides.
