Turkey Bacon, Egg White, Spinach Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 slices oroweat Whole Grains Oatnut Bread
  • 2 sliced turkey bacon
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/3 cup liquid egg whites
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare turkey bacon in a small skillet on medium heat or microwave according to package instructions.
  2. When fully cooked, remove bacon, blot with a paper towel, cut pieces in half and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, use non-stick cooking spray and add chopped spinach.
  4. Sauté spinach, remove from pan and set aside.
  5. Scramble egg whites and cook, set aside.
  6. Toast bread to desired crispness.
  7. Layer egg, spinach, and turkey bacon; cover with remaining slice of bread.
  8. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
