Ingredients (1 serving)
- 1 Oroweat 100% Whole Wheat® roll
- 2 tbsp. pesto sauce
- 1/4 red bell pepper, roasted, peeled, seeded, and cut into strips
- 1 oz. fontina cheese, thinly sliced
- 3 slices low-fat, low-sodium ham, sliced
- 2 slices tomato
On the bottom half of the Sandwich Thins roll, evenly spread half of pesto sauce, and then, layer each of the following ingredients - roasted bell pepper, fontina cheese, ham, tomato, and rest of pesto. Cover with top half of the roll and enjoy.
