GIVEAWAY PERIOD: The Oroweat® “Get That Bread” Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) starts on October 30, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on November 1, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Giveaway Period”).
ELIGIBILITY: Giveaway is open to residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents at least 18 years of age at time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Bimbo Bakeries USA, Inc. (“Sponsor”), their parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, promotion and advertising agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse and parents, children and siblings and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, of such employees, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law. Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE: During the Giveaway Period, there are two (2) ways to enter:
- On-site Activation: Sponsor will designate three (3) designated locations in New York City on October 30-November 1, 2026 where an activation booth with a team of brand ambassadors will be available to the general public. Eligible entrants will have the opportunity to use their mobile device to scan the QR code made available at the activation and follow the instructions to complete and submit the online entry form to receive one (1) entry in the Giveaway random drawing. Exact locations and schedule of on-site activation availability to be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. OR
- Online:To receive one (1) entry in the Giveaway random drawing without identifying or visiting an on-site activation location, visit www.OroweatGetThatBread.com and follow the instructions to complete and submit the online entry form.
All entries must be received by November 1, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET to be considered. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means and entries by any means which subvert the entry process are void.
LIMIT: Limit of one (1) Giveaway entry per person using only one (1) email address throughout the Giveaway Period. You may only use one (1) email address to participate in the Giveaway. Any entries received from any person in excess of the limitation stated above will be void.
Entries shall be deemed to be submitted by the authorized email account holder of the email address used to enter the Giveaway. “Authorized Account Holder” of an email address is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access or online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. You may participate in the Giveaway using an email address for which you are the Authorized Account Holder. An eligible Prize winner may be required to provide proof that they are the Authorized Account Holder associated with the selected email address. By submitting an email address to enter the Giveaway, you represent and warrant that you are the Authorized Account Holder. You shall be responsible and liable to the Giveaway Sponsor and otherwise for any damages and other losses incurred in connection by them as a result of your submission of any email address for which you are not the Authorized Account Holder. If a dispute arises regarding who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address provided at time of entry. Standard data rates may apply if the Giveaway Website is accessed via a mobile device, and entrants are solely responsible for any such charges.
Entrants using any other device or artifice to enter multiple times above the stated limit or as multiple entrants will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified. Entries cannot be transferred between email addresses. Any incomplete entries will be considered ineligible. Proof of submission is not proof ofreceipt by Sponsor. By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions.
LIMITED TIME OFFER: Eligible entrants in attendance at an on-site activation location may have the opportunity to receive a Sponsor-specified swag item following the submission of their Giveaway entry on-site, while supplies last. The exact swag item provided will be determined by Sponsor and the brand ambassador team, in their sole discretion.
RANDOM DRAWING: One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about November 2, 2026 from among all eligible entries received throughout the Giveaway Period. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Giveaway Period. Random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Giveaway.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by Sponsor via email, phone and/or mail and will be required to respond to Sponsor within three (3) days from date of initial notification. Potential Grand Prize winner will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, an IRS W-9 Form and, where lawful, a publicity release. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact the potential Grand Prize winner or the potential Grand Prize winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, such prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected.
GRAND PRIZES (1): $50,000 awarded in the form of a check.
PRIZE CONDITIONS: Winner may not substitute or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified in these rules as being provided. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize will be awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor.
Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to deliver the notification to selected winner. By accepting and/or using prize, except where prohibited, winners gives Sponsor and its designees the rights to use winners’ name, voice, likeness, prize information, city and state of residence, video, voice, any comments, testimonials, or other feedback related to the prize, whether written or oral, in advertising, trade, or promotion, without further compensation worldwide in perpetuity and in any form of media, now known or hereafter developed, including the Internet, unless prohibited by law.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, each entrant agrees: (a) to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to this Giveaway; (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, their parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, promotion and advertising agencies, and the respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives of the foregoing (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant’s participation in the Giveaway or any Giveaway-related activity or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prizes; and (c) to the use of his/her name, voice, entry, and/or likeness for programming, advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter known, worldwide and on the Internet, and in perpetuity by Sponsor, its affiliates and agencies, without compensation (unless prohibited by law) or additional consents from entrant or any third party and without prior notice, approval or inspection, and to execute specific consent to such use.
Privacy: Information collected from entrants in connection with the Giveaway will be subject to and may be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy posted on the Website (available at www.bimbobakeriesusa.com/privacy-policy).
RELEASE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK: By entering, each entrant, on behalf of the entrant and his or her heirs, executors, guardians, assigns, agents and representatives, releases each of the Released Parties, and all people and entities involved in the development or execution of the Giveaway from and agrees not to assert any claims, actions, suits, proceedings and demands arising out of or relating to the conduct of or the entrant’s participation in the Giveaway, the acceptance or use of the prize or any component thereof, travel to and/or participation in any prize-related activity, and all liabilities, losses, injuries and/or damages arising out of relating to the same. The foregoing includes, without limitation, any claims, actions, suits, proceedings or demands based upon or alleging any invasion of privacy, violation of right of publicity or infringement of any intellectual property or other personal or proprietary rights, or any personal injury or death to an entrant or any other person or any damage to or loss of personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize or any component thereof and any activity or travel related thereto or participation in this Giveaway. Entrants assume all liability for and risk of any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Giveaway, the acceptance or use of the prize or any component thereof or travel to or participation in any prize-related activity.
MISCELLANEOUS: Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or garbled entries, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Giveaway, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Giveaway, the processing of entries, the location and availability of on-site activations, the announcement of the prize, or in any Giveaway related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Giveaway or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Giveaway or website, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Giveaway be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised for any reason, including virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Giveaway (or portion thereof) and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winner from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received prior to action taken. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ANY AND ALL AVAILABLE REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
ARBITRATION: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Giveaway, entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, or prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest the entrant; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than entrant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Giveaway), and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
CHOICE OF LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Texas, USA.
WINNER’S NAME: For the name of the winner, available after November 11, 2026 send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Oroweat® “Get That Bread” Giveaway Winner, 5525 N. MacArthur Blvd., Suite 850, Irving, TX 75038 for receipt by December 11, 2026.
