Ingredients

  • 1 oroweat 100% Whole Wheat Sandwich Thin roll
  • ¼ cup rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 teaspoon fresh cilantro, minced
  • ½-1 tablespoon barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place bottom half of Sandwich Thins roll on a small baking sheet.
  3. Layer on shredded chicken, cheese, tomatoes and half the cilantro.
  4. Bake for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese begins to melt.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining cilantro.
  6. Drizzle with barbeque sauce, top with Sandwich Thins roll lid and enjoy!
