Ingredients

2 slices of Oroweat Healthy Multi-grain bread

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

½ teaspoon sea salt

½ avocado, mashed
-
¼ cup butter lettuce
-
¼ cup bean sprouts
-
4 slices cucumber
-
3 slices turkey breast
-
¼ cup microgreens
-
2 tablespoons Green Goddess dressing
Directions
- In a small bowl, stir lemon juice and salt into mashed avocado, and spread on 1 side of each bread slice.
- Layer butter lettuce, bean sprouts, cucumber, turkey and microgreens on 1 slice of bread, and drizzle with Green Goddess dressing.
- Cap with remaining bread slice, avocado side down.
